From their wings to the latest bannana foster dessert, you're sure to find something to suit even the pickiest of tastes. Dress is very casual, there are plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sports. But the most unusual thing about Summits is their extensive beer selection - over 300 taps and more bottled beers are waiting for your selection. This is the ultimate restaurant/bar for the beer snob. And the passport program will let you travel around the world sampling beers from Austria to Zimbabwe!
The menu offers good sandwiches, including a standout Reuben, and a raft of burgers, which also may be made with ground bison or with Kobe beef for an upcharge. Unfortunately, one is not allowed to order the burgers less done than medium. Wings and things, sundry nosh fare and hefty specials mean one can use the place for a variety of dining purposes. The star in this operation is the topnotch beer menu. We like to order the sample sizes and parade through a variety of offbeat selections from various countries. Choices including high gravities and there are lots on tap. The atmosphere is wholesome enough to bring the kids.
