Tacos Guaymas Description:
The Capitol Hill location of Tacos Guaymas doesn't have a lot of atmosphere but offers good food at reasonable prices. Soft tacos made with grilled corn tortillas come with a choice of filling---from chicken, chorizo, barbecue pork, beef cheeks, brains or tripe. Burritos are wrapped in flour tortillas and can be ordered "wet," meaning smothered in a vibrant sauce. Prawns in their shells are sautéed in butter and garlic or cloaked in a lively chili sauce. We also suggest the chicken in a spicy pipian sauce thickened with ground green pumpkin and sesame seeds.
