A national chain known for its big made-to-order burritos and fish tacos, Taco Del Mar's first store opened in 1992 on Pier 57 on Seattle's waterfront. Choose between two sizes: jumbo and super, determined by adding sour cream, guacamole and cheese. Add rice and refried or whole beans, plus a filling: chicken, beef, pork or fish, or go vegetarian. Like things hot? Ask for hot sauce and jalapeños. Though its suburban outposts tend to be larger, most of these urban burrito bars are not much bigger than the giant burritos they dispense.
