This small, no frills SoDo joint is known for its beef brisket dripping with peppery sauce, slabs of ham, and slow-cooked pork---all served on soft onion buns. Sides of baked beans are chunky with pork. It's lunch-only here---they shut down at 4 p.m.---but if it's dinner you want, they'll pack up all the fixin's for later dining.
