Duke's Chowder House Description:
One of six Duke's in greater Seattle, this Alki location is directly across the street from the beach. Enjoy sunset views of the Sound, especially from the second floor outdoor patio. The menu offers a range of reliable seafood dishes as well as eight chowders, including 'Jump in Your Mouth' Crayfish Chowder and Dungeness Crab & Bourbon Chowder. Other favorite starters include Manila clams steamed in beer, garlic, butter and dill, and calamari steak strips served with tequila-lime aïoli. Don't miss the fish 'n' chips, or if you prefer a good burger, try Duke's classic with cheese. Start any meal with one of the Caesar salads.
