A Seattle institution, Dick's is a local chain of drive-in burger joints built in the 1950s. This is not one of those cute, nostalgic fifties diners. It's a funky, lively drive-in (not a drive through). You can order anything as long as it's a Dick's burger with ketchup, mustard and a pickle. It's Dick's way only, and there's no plain burger, even for picky kids. The burger meat is fresh, the thick-cut fries are made from real potatoes, and the individually made milkshakes are smooth and silky. Expect lines at midnight and don't be surprised to find high school kids disembarking from limos after their senior proms. Note: Dick's is cash only.
