Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar Description:
This concept by Paul Fleming (of P.F. Chang's China Bistro and Z-Tejas fame) has great ambience, a beautiful open kitchen with gleaming copper hood, patio dining, a wine tasting room and a super bar. Definitely make reservations for this traditional steakhouse which serves gigantic portions. Prime corn-fed beef is the star here, but wonderful veal chop, salmon, king crab and a nice selection of starters give you excellent choices. Make sure you indulge in Fleming's potatoes---bubbling with melted cheddar and bearing the heat of jalapeños. If you have room, there's an adequate cheese board and a nice dessert selection. Local artwork is displayed throughout.
