Lazy Lobster Description:
With ocean paintings on the wall and an aquarium bar featuring live fish, this is definitely a place for seafood-specifically, lobster. Notable choices include lobster Thermidor, lobster Newberg, lobster bisque, live Maine lobster, stuffed lobster, baked lobster and Florida lobster tails. There are also steaks, some chicken entrées, pasta dishes and usually a nightly special. One particularly creative appetizer is Lobster Cargo, lobster meat with spinach and butter in a six-hole server like escargot. Lobster Thermidor is perhaps the most popular entrée. The lobster meat is sautéed with button mushrooms and white wine sauce, then stuffed back into the lobster shell before being broiled with a topping of Parmesan cheese. Lobster may be the diva, but it's not the only star: Grouper also comes in several tasty varieties, including potato-encrusted. The potatoes are baked brown in the oven, crisped under the broiler, mixed with a Cajun mustard sauce and then placed on the grouper.
