This is a good place to take a group of friends, order lots of dishes and share everything. For appetizers, go with the vegetable samosas, fried patties of spicy potatoes and green peas; tandoori chicken wings, which are marinated and broiled over mesquite; and lots of naan. Tandoori entrées are not to be missed: try the chicken tikka kebabs or sea bass. Sag paneer, a popular Indian dish of sautéed spinach and farmer's cheese, is a standout here. Service is snappy. This is a fun choice for those who want to stay in Santa Fe's bustling downtown area.
