Geronimo's reputation as a landmark Canyon Road restaurant is well justified. Chef Eric DiStefano's menu may include a grilled elk tenderloin or the mesquite grilled filet served with a spinach and Yukon potato flan. The setting is a circa-1750 adobe home that sports an attention-getting fireplace overhung with a pair of giant moose antlers. However, the restaurant is small and table space is at a premium. On a busy night, you may feel like you're sitting in your neighbor's lap. That's okay, because the restaurant is popular with several of Santa Fe's celebs. After dinner, visit Swig, a super-trendy upstairs bar created by the same owners.
