If you're a chile warrior, be sure to order entrées extra hot, and be prepared to feel the burn after bites of green curry, tempered with coconut milk and laden with red bell pepper, jalapeño, lime, basil and a choice of chicken, beef, pork, tofu, vegetables, shrimp or seafood. Pineapple fried rice, a Thai restaurant mainstay, is full of scrambled eggs, tomatoes, garlic and onion, and, like the curry, can be ordered with a choice of various proteins. Though the dining room is cozy and colorful, Thai Café is especially good for take-out, lovely in front of a movie or a fire on a lazy afternoon.
