Rounded corners lend authenticity and echo the graceful topography of the surrounding terrain. The residences range between 1,000 1,300 sq. ft. and each home boasts spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchens with professional grade appliances and granite counter tops, sumptuous living areas with fireplace, Kiva style fireplaces in the master bedroom, spacious master bath with jetted tub and dual vanity, slate floors, clay plaster walls, decorative ironwork and private courtyards and balconies.
