Standout appetizers include the sesame beef served on a small tangle of vermicelli nestled in endive leaves, and the treasure rolls, an addictive blend of barbecue pork, mint, chives and crispy cracker wrapped in rice paper. The clay pot special is a hearty dish of chicken, prawns, sausage, mushroom and a hard-boiled egg in the middle. Don't miss the shaking beef, the most expensive dish on the menu. Desserts are unusual, and include black sticky rice made with coconut milk and wrapped in a banana leaf, or a coconut broth with tapioca, jackfruit and lychee. Service is friendly and efficient, and the pleasing atmosphere includes an indoor coi pond with fish and lily pads, contemporary furnishings and soothing music.
