Thanh Long Description:
The predecessor of the sleek Crustacean, Thanh Long is still going strong after many years. The upscale, contemporary 80s décor is accented by Vietnamese dragon wall hangings, gold accents and a long purple banquette. Though Thanh Long serves a fusion of Vietnamese and French cuisines with a dash of Chinese thrown in, it is best known for its garlic noodles with prawns and whole roasted Dungeness crab. The crab is served either with sweet-and-sour sauce or drunken in a wine broth with green onions. Desserts are very continental like white cake with chocolate and strawberry mousse or puff pastry layered with chocolate crème.
