The deep-frying at this perpetually crowded Sunset restaurant is superlative, as the greaseless corn cakes and spicy angel wings attest. Try the green papaya salad, its fiery jolt offset by lettuce leaves, or the chan pad poo, a silken rice noodle dish brimming with crab meat, green onion and egg. In season, end your meal with mangoes paired with warm sticky rice.
