Here, it simply reflects the kitchen's love of the craft and desire to explore. Pancetta-stuffed figs, tiny snowballs of goat cheese and a huckleberry vinaigrette top a plate of organic field greens. Comfort food lovers will enjoy the Old School meatloaf served with a pillow of mashed potatoes, gravy, as well as the requisite peas and carrots.
