This casual café, looking like a large greenhouse surrounded by a fenced patio, is perched on a sunny corner in the Castro. The habitués are as eclectic as San Francisco itself: gays, straights, the pierced and tattooed. The sandwiches, egg dishes and salads are good, but the espresso drinks and the scene are what draw the crowds.
