Located on a pedestrian-only side street, the best seats at this French-kissed casual café are, in fact, on the street. On pleasant days, it's almost a slice of Paris, with patrons enjoying the people-watching along the alley that houses a number of European-style restaurants. Bistro favorites abound on the good-sized menu. Start with a cozy bowl of French onion soup or a chicken and port pâté served with crusty bread, tart cornichons and a spoonful of mustard. Non-Francophiles will enjoy the tuna poke, chicken quesadilla or satay skewers. Hearty entrées include pork chops with caramelized apples, classic crêpes or a roasted lamb shank with potato gratin.
