At any one visit you can choose from between 22 selections, all served cafeteria-style with rice, beans and homemade corn tortillas. Choices may range from chicken-and-green bean stew, tender carnitas, shrimp cakes and cactus pads. The specialty of the house is an extremely spicy pork concoction called peccadillo---tender pork pieces simmered in a chile Colorado sauce.
