A healthy lentil soup sings with flavor, while the black bean chili will also please vegetarians. For those desiring something a little heavier, the cove burger goes gourmet with chipotle aïoli, onion marmalade and melted smoked Gouda. Truffle aïoli and Gorgonzola spread add a medley of flavors to the Angus roast beef sandwich. Breakfast means Southwestern frittatas studded with bell peppers and onions in a piquant ranchero sauce, or eggs whites scrambled with grilled artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.
