P.F. Chang's China Bistro Description:
P.F. Chang's has become a standard mall dining option throughout the United States. The La Jolla location is a bit different in that it caters more to the business lunch set, but the menu still satisfies UTC shoppers willing to cross the busy street. The lettuce rolls and crab wontons are available from coast to coast, but we also recommend the Szechuan green beans with pickled vegetables and garlic, the spicy ground chicken with eggplant and the Chengdu---wok-caramelized lamb with cumin, mint, tomatoes and onions. Although the P.F. Chang's menu is not revolutionary, it does offer dependable Chinese fare for on-the-go diners.
