Humphreys Restaurant Description:
Chef Paul Murphy, who hails from The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix, offers a contemporary California menu spotlighting seafood. The beautifully decorated venue hosts hotel guests, locals and yachties who enjoy the nightly jazz or blues entertainment. Humphrey's also boasts a separate concert venue. Murphy's coastal menu sports lemon-pepper calamari with sweet chili sauce, lemon grass-crusted swordfish with red curry rice, and pan-grilled squid with apples, chorizo and citrus aïoli. The braised short ribs over Gorgonzola-walnut ravioli are offered at both lunch and dinner. Cajun shrimp adds some pizzazz to the corn chowder. Linger over a Champagne brunch and relax in the sea air as you nibble on made-to-order omelets, prime rib, smoked salmon and chocolate-dipped strawberries.
