At The Melting Pot, fondue truly becomes a memorable four-course dining experience where patrons can dip into something different - and discover all the ingredients for a unique dining experience including a relaxed atmosphere, private tables, attentive service, fine wines and signature fondue dinners.
All kinds of fondue are served at this large yet intimate, upscale downtown restaurant. The premise involves table-top cook pots of melted cheese blends, like Fontina and Butterkäse cheeses, spinach, artichoke hearts and garlic for dipping bread squares; your choice of three aromatic broths in which to cook skewers of meats, shrimp and vegetables; and decadent, sweet melted mixtures like the Flaming Turtle---milk chocolate, caramel and chopped pecans---to coat fruit, brownie bites, marshmallows and cheesecake. Don't plan a movie after dinner; the meal is the focus of your evening when dining here. Set aside nearly three hours and an empty stomach. All of those little bites add up.
