Triumph Grill Description:
Triumph Grill is located next door to The Moto Museum, a bright showroom filled with vintage motorcycles from around the world. The cycle motif is integrated into the setting so well that, for the most part, you might not notice it (pendant lights honed from old headlamps and black leather and chrome touches). But, then again, there are more obvious additions, like a ceiling-mounted 1956 British BSA and 1952 Czechoslovakian CZ in the Augusta Room. (Talk about things that go vroom!) Meanwhile, the American menu defies borders, with international influences extending from Indian to Japanese to Italian. Some of the best dishes are fueled with fiery peppers and Southwestern seasonings. Go for the shrimp salad and herbaceous, grilled salmon with chipotle aïoli or the Baja-inspired burger. A satisfyingly broad wine list matches dishes just fine. The masculine vibe and bold flavors, not surprisingly, attract both a business crowd and average lunch-goers alike. In the evening, this also is a popular destination for those heading to symphony hall or theaters in Grand Center.
