Rigazzi's Restaurant Description:
Visits to Rigazzi's are a tradition, whether it's with the kids, the grandparents or the softball team. As the "Home of the Frozen Fishbowl," referring to giant beer schooners, it also dishes up great quantities of Italian-American standards. With the extra-big beers, you'll need hearty fare like toasted ravioli, eggplant Parmesan and mostaccioli with meatballs from the massive menu. St. Louis-style pizzas don't move as fast as the red-sauced pastas, and wine sales lag behind Budweiser. The architect included clear Italian references in brick arches and white plaster walls; a collection of autographed hockey jerseys and a motley assortment of prints lend the restaurant an atmosphere as casual as a typical St. Louis living room.
