For 70 years, the original location of the expanding Fat's empire has been turning out Asian cuisine in an upscale atmosphere. In fact, Frank Fat's still attracts legislators, politicians and other Capitol bigwigs the same way it did decades ago. The menu features a selection of dishes from each of the four main Chinese cuisines: Cantonese, Szechwan, Peking and Shanghai. Appetizers include Mongolian baby-back ribs, Canton prawns and steamed pork dumplings, while entrées include brandy-fried chicken, Sampan clams and lamb rib chops. Or, bring in your own wild duck, goose, pheasant or other game in advance and the kitchen will marinate it in Frank Fat's own special sauce and serve it up.
