Brew It Up! Description:
This locally-owned brewery features a casual setting but food that's a notch above the rest. Beer lovers flock here to create their own brews; most days, the place is swarming with aspiring brewmasters carefully working their malt and hops. But many patrons leave the beer-making to the professionals and instead indulge in one of the restaurant's own house-made specialties and creative dishes. While typical pub food such as onion rings, burgers and ribs are on the menu, other dishes are far more unique. Try the grilled baby Brie or fried Brussels sprouts, and move on to the seafood paella, coconut curry chicken or linguine with smoked tomato concassé.
