Slope's BBQ Description:
Rustic and comfy, this barbecue joint does a respectable Brunswick stew, one that at least hews to the correct mixture of barbecue pork and chicken and not a bunch of untoward ingredients. You may have your chopped pork sandwich Carolina style, if you wish, with slaw on top; or choose ribs, although the seasoning can be pretty bland.
