The Tobacco Company Restaurant Description:
With its sparkling brass and glass, the restaurant surely bespeaks Southern elegance while the menu itself is almost as compelling as the setting. You'll find such haute temptations as prime rib (the second serving on the house), tournedos Bayou and an entrée called Painted Tuna. Less formal dishes include burgers and a grilled turkey Reuben on the lunch menu. Although the bar is outfitted with the requisite TV, you may be much more interested in the passing scene and the glam setting than with the game. After dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, those 21 and up can head to the Tobacco Company Club to dance the night away to progressive music (no entry fee with dinner receipt, otherwise $5 cover).
