Longtime chef Gary Howard creates vibrant Mediterranean tastes that complement his oh-so-classy California presentations. The sausage-studded white bean soup is a gem; the herb-crusted lamb chops are another good bet. At lunch, try a gourmet pizza. For dessert we recommend the light orange mousse cake and the rich chocolate pastries.
