HT Grill Description:
The clubby, slightly old-fashioned room at the HT Grill might make you expect a re-creation of an East Coast chophouse. In fact, this offshoot of the Hennessey's Tavern chain did start out that way, but once chef Steve Matthews arrived in 1992, it evolved into something more interesting. You can get a simple steak here, but more adventurous diners are likely to order the Parmesan-crusted salmon filet. If it's on the menu (it is an occasional special), maple roasted pork loin is juicy and flavorful. For dessert, expect tiramisu and warm berry crumble. The restaurant frequently hosts special themed nights, further contributing to HT's lively atmosphere.
