The menu offers an appealing list of fresh, light dishes layered with contrasting flavors and textures. Selections range from enticing appetizers, soups and salads to entrées that include beef, chicken, duck, pork and many seafood preparations. Lemon grass, basil, onions, chili sauce, coconut, pineapple and peanuts are some of the flavorful ingredients that are worked skillfully into the various mixtures. Whereas such foods may be staples at many Vietnamese restaurants, the chefs here rarely miss a step, making it more than a cut above similar spots.
