Coquette Brasserie Description:
Replacing two Southern restaurants in this chic North Hills shopping center, Coquette Brasserie is modeled after a traditional Parisian brasserie. In every way, it looks, smells and sounds like the real thing. With years of experience cooking in bistros and brasseries of the city of light, chef de cuisine Rob Bland knows his way around a French menu. Start with his delightful duck liver pâté, rabbit rillettes, or beet salad with walnuts and Roquefort. Follow with a "small plate" of duck confit crêpes or escargots with garlic butter and parsley. Larger appetites may prefer coq au vin or monkfish pot-au-feu or moules et frites. Wines from every grape-growing region in France appear on the exclusively French wine list.
