when i called up louise hung up on me. because i spoke english. very very rude. i would never enter that restaurant. i had the same experience when i went into the restaurant on firestone rd. it was 1000 times worse. lady did not know i understood, and when i asked her to repeat herself,this time i spoke french, she got all embarresed
