Review :
I have only been once to Toast while in Quebec City, and it was an amazing experience. The menu choices are the big thing for me because there are items that you will NOT find on any other menu in this province or any other for that matter. Deciding which unusual dish to try is the worst part of this restaurant. I started with poached lobster Carnarolli risotto, which was melt in your mouth. My main was the Italian-style red tuna sashimi, cooked to perfection along with dessert of spice bread reconstruction, as good as it was different. There are quite a few great restaurants in Quebec City that I would like to try but I'll have a hard time not going back to Toast!
