Jardin d'Emeraude Description:
Know in English as the Emerald Garden.
Café Champêtre in a rustic, rural barn setting where one can have Italian style sandwiches to bring in the forest, a full course meal or simply have coffee, herbal tea, ice cream and healthy cakes (some are for diabetics) after hiking or a meditation experience on the 170 acres property.
Most of the ingredients are certified organic: eggs from our free-run hens, vegetables from their garden (no pesticides or chemicals), and berries growing wild on the property.
