i dont know what this last customer was talking about because i had a totally different experience. i found the staff to be very nice, and compotent with what they were doing. i have always been satisfied when they have made a mistake. maybe the customer was not a very nice or rude person. i do find if you are nice to people about a mess up they are very happy to fix it. i have also found if you phone yelling screaming and very rude you will get the same back to you on the phone. i will keep ordering from there and not "boycott" them. iam guessing the unsatisfied customer was not nice on the phone and the staff got upset by the rudeness. i have worked in different pubs, bars and restaurants for a long time and this is what i have experienced.

Domino's is fast and hot when you get it! Always a great experience! Pizza Hut is greesy and tastefree - avoid the noid! stick with Domino's!!!!

We were having a double birthday celebration, and I decided to go with our homemade lasagna, we would have cheesy bread from Dominos. I ordered 10 orders and after waiting for over an hour only rec'd 2. The previous time we ordered pizza from this location, some of our pizza's were missing as well for another BD event. So both times, we rec'd no apology from the staff for screwing up and we were expected to pay full price to have our order righted. At least with another pizza place in town, they screw up, they give you a discount on your next order. I will NEVER again order Dominos pizza and will advise as many people as possible to "boycott" them and thank god a Pizza Hut is opening up soon, they will get all my families business in the future!! The service does not even rate a star in my eyes but you can't submit it without having something put down... THIS PLACE SUCKS and they should also find managers that are not still wet behind the ears and not much older than their incompetent staff behind the counter!!!
