Bemused attempts to provide the freshest food. Most of the ingredients are from local, organic farms. Jeffrey's father, Paul Howey, owns and operates an organic farm south of town and supplies the restaurant with some of its ingredients. Paul Howey's greens are known all over this city and sold at the farmer's market and Bemused Bistro.
