Q Restaurant & Bar Description:
Q is not big on presentation, nor does it dwell on subtle intricacies of dining etiquette. But one thing it does care about is authentic barbecue flavors, and on this it delivers, literally. The policy at Q is quite simple: order your meal at the counter, take a ticket and find a seat. A typical selection is the Q sampler: brisket, chicken, ribs and pulled pork. If the kitchen missteps at all it is in the slight overdosing on barbecue sauce, but the smoky yet sweet flavor is heaven for 'cue lovers. The ribs are the standout dish. A complimentary side of cornbread is not worth the calories and the house-cut fries, billed as amazing, taste like most other french fries. It's the barbecue that will bring you back.
