While free libations are a draw, the real standout is the endless menu of fresh seafood, served every which way you can think of and more. Start with a selection of sushi or sashimi. Spicy tuna flatbread teems with delicate tuna dusted with ginger and chives and finished with a dab of mascarpone. Or try the barbecued Hawaiian escolar, served rare and drizzled with a light sauce.
