Froggie's French Country Restaurant Description:
Despite its location in a strip shopping center, Froggies has a little touch of French ambience, with lace curtains, wood floors and dangling copper cookware. For starters, try a slice of the goat cheese pie, seasoned with herbes de Provence. Froggies has long been the locale for escargots à la bourguignon and veal in cream sauce. Renowned are bouillabaisse (Tuesday's special) and fresh Dover sole served with a sauce meunière (Thursday's special). Finish with an excellent tarte Tatin.
