Nakamoto Description:
A fresh coat of paint and a bit of redecorating have made this Japanese standby look like the new girl in town. We like the restaurant, both for its fresh sushi and sashimi and for its nice tatami room, where patrons can sit on mats, kick off their shoes, sip some saké and explore the menu. We've enjoyed the salmon in all guises, the yellowtail tuna and much more. For those who don't like the raw stuff, try the chicken teriyaki or tempura served with soup and rice. The staff extends a warm welcome to newcomers of Japanese cuisine, but also offers a learning curve to those already comfortable with their chopsticks.
