Tusca Restaurant Description:
An exhibition kitchen crowns the comfortable, inviting interior of Tusca Global Tapas. In warm weather, crowds stream in for salsa dancing Tuesday and Saturday nights. A DJ spins on Friday. The small plates menu encompasses such global flavors as prosciutto chicken, stuffed with artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan. On Fridays and Saturdays, a special feature delivers larger dishes, including a classic bolognese, designed to be shared. All preparations are à la minute, and an on-site pastry chef directs such desserts as banana baklava. Don't miss the house sangría.
