Chase Field Parking Garage-4th St. north of Buchanan.
Civic Plaza East Garage-7th St. And Washington
Arizona Center Garage-5th St. and Fillmore

Chase Field Lot-north side of Van Buren between Central and 1st St.

General Rules:

Chase Field Regulations and Security Measures

Heightened security measures established by
Major League Baseball and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
These measures include:
Increased presence of uniformed law enforcement at all games.
Daily facility inspections by stadium and law enforcement personnel prior to gates opening to the public.
Identification and inspection of all ballpark deliveries.
Unauthorized vehicle parking prohibited within 100 feet of any ballpark entrance
Continued coordination and communication with all local and federal law enforcement
In order to accommodate the desires of baseball fans at Chase Field:
1. No backpacks are authorized
2. Beverages:
a. Only non-flavored water in SEALED plastic bottles.
b. EMPTY plastic water bottles.
c. SEALED single serving juice boxes.
d. Formula / baby food.
3. No metal or glass containers for food or beverages containers will be permitted.
4. For fan safety and enjoyment the following items are prohibited at Chase Field
Firearms or fireworks
Blow horns
Noisemakers
Fishing Nets
Beach Balls or Frisbees
Laser Pens
Flags with hollow poles or poles not sold in the
Team Shop.
Brooms that exceed 4 feet in length.
(must be solid, no hollow poles)
Anything that can obstruct a fans view.
Wrapped presents and or gifts of any kind*

*Please note that if you have a planned party
of any kind that includes gifts, wrap gifts after
you enter the facility.
If any of the above items are discovered at our gates our security staff member will request you return the items to your vehicle

Fan Ground Rules
1. Guests interfering with a ball in play will be ejected.
2. Guests interfering with the progress of the game or going onto the field will be ejected and subject to arrest.
3. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be allowed entry to the ballpark.
4. Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from the ballpark.
5. Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the ballpark.
6. Any guest found throwing objects on the field or in the seating areas will be ejected.

Miscellaneous:

Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
SMOKING POLICY
For the comfort of our guests, smoking at Chase Field is permitted in designated smoking areas only

*Outside of Gate J (East)
*Outside of Gate K (Northeast)

*As these locations are outside Chase Field,
you will need your ticket stub to re-enter

Smoking is not permitted in any of the seating areas, general concourses, suites



Driving direction to Chase Field:
Arrival:
From the Southeast Valley:
Take I-10, use the right three lanes to I-17 at the split and exit to the right on 7th St., then left at the signal light at Lincoln St., or continue north on 7th St. to Jefferson St. and turn right to access parking facilities east of 7th St. Please note that left turns from 7th St. westbound onto Washington St. are prohibited.

Helpful Hint:
To avoid congestion, continue on I-17 to the 7th Ave. exit, and then turn right (northbound). Continue northbound and turn right at Lincoln St. or Jefferson St.

From the West Valley:
Take I-10 to 7th Ave. or the 5th Ave. HOV exit, then
turn right. Turn left on Fillmore, Van Buren
(accessible from 5th Ave. only)or Jefferson Sts. to access convenient parking.

From the Northwest Valley:
Use I-17 to the Jefferson St. exit, then turn left and continue eastbound.

From North Central Phoenix:
Use surface streets, including 7th Ave., 1st Ave, and 7th St.

Helpful Hint:
Due to heavy usage, 7th St. is the least preferred option.

From the Northeast Valley:
Use the Squaw Peak Parkway to I-10 eastbound, exit at Washington St. and turn right, or take I-10 westbound to the 7th St. exit and turn left.

Helpful Hint:
To avoid congestion, continue on I-10 to 7th Ave. or the 5th Ave. HOV exit. Turn left on Fillmore, Van Buren (accessible from 5th Ave. only) or Jefferson St.

From Scottsdale or East Mesa:
Take Loop 202 west to I-10 and exit at 7th Ave. or the 5th Ave. HOV exit. Turn left on Fillmore, Van Buren (accessible from 5th Ave. only) or Jefferson St.

Additional Arrival Information:
Southbound traffic on 3rd St. may be routed west at Washington St. as conditions dictate. If this occurs you have several options. You may continue
west on Washington St. to 1st Ave., turn left on 1st Ave. and continue south or head east on Jefferson St. to access parking.

Helpful Hint:
If you are headed southbound on 7th St. and traffic is backed-up, consider turning right on Roosevelt or Fillmore Sts. and use 1st St. or 1st Ave. to travel south.

Use the HOV lanes to get in and out of Copper Square for events. Multiple passengers are required only during peak rush hours of 6am-9am and 3pm-7pm weekdays.

Helpful Hint:
Due to heavy usage, the 3rd St. HOV exit is the least preferred option during event ingress.

Look for important advice on electronic message signs on the freeway and. surface streets on your way to Copper Square. They will help you find the
best route.

Park in the same quadrant from which you have entered (e.g. if you enter from the south, park between 3rd Ave. and 9th St, from Lincoln to Jefferson St.).
