It may be a simple, family-run spot, but that doesn't mean that the Salvadoran food served at Eliana's isn't impressive. Highlights include pupusas and tamales, fried tilapia and pollo encebollado (a fried chicken dish with rice and beans). This has long been one of the Valley's favorite hangouts for its often surprising, always tasty cooking.
