From North 95 (coming South from New York, Northern Jersey):
Take I-95 to Exit 4 (Ben Franklin Bridge exit). Cross the Ben Franklin Bridge. Follow signs for Phila. Center City. Follow signs for Vine Steet. The Vine Street Expressway is 76 going West. Follow 76 West to 30th Street exit. Follow 30th Street exit around the back of the 30th Street train station (there's only 1 way you can go). Take this to Market Street. Turn right onto Market Street to 38th & Market Streets. The First District Plaza is on the corner of 38th & Market Streets. Parking is plentiful in this area.
From South 95 (coming north from Washington DC, Baltimore, Wilmington DE):
Take I -95 north to Philadelphia. Take the Center City exit (on your right just beyond the airport). Cross the George Platt bridge. Get into left lane to make immediate left turn at the light. Follow signs for Route 76 going West. Follow Route 76 West to the 30th Street exit - about 1/2 miles. Exit at 30th Street. Go 1 block to Market Street and make a left turn. Take Market Street to 38th. The First District Plaza is on the corner of 38th & Market Streets. Parking is plentiful in the area/on streets and lots/garages.
From West 76 (coming east from Allentown, Harrisburg, King of Prussia):
Take 76 East to Phila./Center City. Take the Center City exit for Vine Street. Follow Vine St. (which is still 76) to 30th Street Station. Follow 30th Street exit around the back of 30th Street train station (there's only 1 way to go). Take this to Market Street. Turn right on Market Street. Go to 38th & Marke Streets. The First District Plazais on corner of 38th & Market Streets. Parking is plentiful in this area.
From South Jersey area using Walt Whitman Bridge (Cherry Hill, Marlton, Mt. Emphraim, Atlantic City, etc.):
Follow signs for 76 West to 30th Street station. Cross the Walt Whitman Bridge and follow signs for 76 West. Follow 76 West to 30th Street exit. Follow the 030th street exit around the back of the 30th Street train station (there's only 1 way you can go). Take this to Market Street. Turn right onto Market Street. Go to 38th & Market Streets. he First District Plaza is on the corner of 38th & Market Streets. Parking is plentiful in the area - street/lots/garages.
