Public Transportation:

By Bus:
Septa bus routes for Festival Pier: 25, 42 or 5
(which stops at Second & Spring Garden St.From there go east toward to Columbus Blvd).
Septa bus routes for Great Plaza:
Both 21 & 42 stop at the Great Plaza. Route 17, 33 & 48 stop at Front & Market Streets. From there go east over the Market St. bridge. Great Plaza is on right.

By Rail:
Making the free interchange connection generated from many points at the 15th St station, take the Market Frankford Elevatd line (Blue line) to the 2nd Street stop. From there go East over the Market St bridge. The Great Plaza will be straight ahead.
Spring Garden Station:
From there go east towards Columbus Blvd. Make a right onto Columbus Blvd. From there head south along Columbus Blvd approx. 1/2 mile on the left will be the Great Plaza.
By Foot:
From the historic District and Olde City, make right on any of the following streets: Market, Chestnut, Walnut or South Sts. Cross Front St and walk over oedestrian walkway and down stairs on to Columbus Blvd.
To the Great Plaza:
From South Street Bridge:
Walk up Columbus Blvd 6 blocks past Dockside Apts., The Moshulu, andm The Hyatt Regency. Make right on Walnut St. into the Great Plaza.
From Market St or Walnut St. Bridge:
Walk straight from the bottom of the staircase to enter the Great Plaza.
From Market, Chestnut or Walnut Street Bridge: (Great Plaza:
Make right at bottom of staircase onto Columbus Blvd. Continue straight approx. 5-8 blocks or .5 miles to Spring Garden St.past Dave and Buster's and Cavanaugh's River Deck. Festival Pier is located at the intersection of Spring Garden St & Columbus Blvd.

Smoking is allowed since it an outdoor venue.
No outside food or beverage of any kind. No folding chairs or beach chairs. No backpack or bigegr bag, the only bags that are allowed in the venue are women's handbags. No glass bottles, dishes, and metal utensils. No open bottles or containers but you may bring in one sealed bottle of water. No check-in area for disallowed items. By entering the event, you grant your consent to be searched by Security.

From the North to Great Plaza @ Penn's Landing:
Take I-95 to exit 20 ( Columbus Blvd/Washington Ave)
Exit to left lane and make a left at the end of the ramp onto Columbus Blvd. Dockside Apts. will be on left. Remain straight for approx. 1/4 mile. Enter Great Plaza on right at Walnut St or Market St.
From the South:
Tak I-95 to exit 20 ( Columbus Blvd/Washington Ave/Penns Landing) AT the end of ramp make a left onto Columbus Blvd. Remain straight for approx. 1/4 mile. Enter Great Plaza on right at Walnut St or Market St.
From the East - From New Jersey:
From Commodore Barry, and Walt Whitman Bridges: follow bridge to I-95 north. Refer to 95 north directions.
From Ben Franklin Bridge:
Follow the bridge on right-hand side
At the Bottom of bridge make a quick right on the 5th Street exit. Follow 5th St. to Spring Garden St and make a right. Follow Spring Garden 5 blocks to Columbus Blvd. Make a right on to Columbus Blvd to go to Festival Pier
(it will be immediately on your left) Make a right onto Columbus Blvd to go to The Great Plaza ( it will be approx. a 1/2 mi. down on the left). Enter Grerat Plaza at market St or Walnut St.
From Betsy Ross Bridge:
Follow bridge to 95 South. Refer to 95 south directions.
From the West:
Take 76 East to Central Phila. exit ( 676 east/Vine St expressway exit). Follow 676 East to 95 south ( Phila. Intl) Follow 95 South to Exit 20 ( Columbus Blvd/Washington Ave). Exit to left, stay in left lane and make a left at the end of the ramp onto Columbus Blvd. Dockside apts. will be on your left. Remain straight for approx.1/4 mile. Enter Great Plaza on right at Walnut
St or Market St.
From Delaware:
Take 95 North. Refer to 95 North directions.
From Blue Route/476 North:
Take 476 North and follow to 76 East. Refer to 76 East directions.
From Blue Route/476 South:
Take Blue Route south and follow to 95 North. Refer to 95 North directions.
From New Jersey Turnpike:
Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 4 - After paying toll, take ramp to RT73 north (signs indicating Pennsauken & Tacony Palmyra bridge) Follow Rt 73 north approx. 4 miles to entrance for Route 90 ( it only goes in 1 direction),. Signs will indicate Betsy Ross bridge. Follow Route 90 about 1 mile, where it ends, leading onto Betsy Ross Bridge($3.00 toll). At far side of the bridge stay left and take ramp I-95 south for exit 22 formerely exit 17 (Callowhill St). Follow Callowhill Street about 3 blocks where it ends at Columbus Blvd ( Delaware Ave). Make a right onto Columbus Blvd to go to the Great Plaza @ Penn's Landing.
