Bliss Description:
A new restaurant by Francesco Martorella. It features contemporary cuisine that blends Italian, French, and Asian techniques.
Chef Fabrizzio Pace creates a contemporary American menu with a decidedly Italian accent that includes dishes such as tomato carpaccio and artichoke salad, braised Angus short rib with Parmesan polenta and homemade gnocchi with mushrooms and truffle. The space is calming with its entire backlit glass wall depicting teal blue water. The food is well defined and the atmosphere is made for air-kissing. There's a good bar menu as well.
