the supervisor and two employess had a smoke on the outside curb in parking lot. Customers were coming into restaurant, so the three employees came in from their cigarette break and proceeded to take order and scoop fries without washing their hands. When quietly confronted, the supervisor threw a fit and made a big display rather than fixing the problem at hand.
