Chef/Owner, Vito Giannandrea opened in November 2004. The extensive dinner menu selections include signature dishes such as Veal Ossobucco, Lasagne Crespelle (crepes NOT pasta sheets), Chicken Saltimbocca and Grilled Jumbo Shrimp and Scallops. Favorite San Nicola fair such as Cream of Tomato Soup with Crabmeat, Pasta Fagioli, Fresh Roasted Peppers, Linguini Pescatore and the popular San Nicola Salad (caesar salad topped with grilled shrimp and scallops) are always available on the menu. Nightly specials as well as Chef Vito's readiness to prepare most anything his guest requests make this San Nicola a poplular choice with visitors and locals alike.
